Hotel Manager

Overview

Hotel Manager - Indian Nationals (Contract). We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager for a contract position in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. Train and supervise staff members to ensure exceptional service standards are met. Manage budget and expenses effectively to meet financial goals. Maintain a strong relationship with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners. Conduct regular inspections of the hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Plan and organize events or special promotions to attract new guests and retain existing ones. Qualifications

Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport. Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or a related field. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk operations, housekeeping procedures, food and beverage services, etc. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively. Experience in managing a diverse team of staff members from different cultural backgrounds is preferred. Benefits
