Responsibilities

• Arrange transportation, reservations, and other requests as needed
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure all areas of the hotel are well-maintained and presentable
• Maintain records of guest interactions and requests
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
