We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our prestigious hotel operations in Qatar and Iran. As the Hotel Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotels daily operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth in these key Middle Eastern markets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize hotel performance and profitability
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of department heads and staff to deliver outstanding service
- Oversee all operational departments including front office housekeeping food and beverage and maintenance
- Manage financial aspects of the hotel including budgeting forecasting and cost control
- Ensure compliance with local and international hospitality standards and regulations
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative practices to maintain a competitive edge
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective promotional strategies
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Hotel Management Hospitality or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g. Certified Hotel Administrator) preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or related hospitality rolesProven track record of successful hotel operations managementStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent financial management and budgeting abilitiesOutstanding customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfactionExceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilitiesSuperior communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in hotel management software and systemsIndepth knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practicesUnderstanding of local and international hospitality standards and regulationsFamiliarity with Middle Eastern culture and hospitality practicesFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Farsi is a plusAdditional Information
