Authority :To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.External Roles and Responsibilities :Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot components such as pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, accumulators and filters.Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on hydraulic systemsConduct routine maintenance and servicing of hydraulic systemsInstall new hydraulic systems and componentsMonitor and maintain hydraulic fluid levels and quality, including filtration and fluid replacement.Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies With minimal supervision.Provide technical advice and assistance to other members of the engineering team, as well as monitoring and Controlling the quality of the hydraulic systems.Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine the root causes of problems.Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment manuals in the troubleshooting process.Maintain proper records of consumables usage and disposal to update Equipment ControllersCommunicate and exchange information on equipment maintenance & repair data with relevant personnelComplete related paperwork required to complete job (work order, parts order, etc) accurately and timely.Ensure full compliance with the safety goals, objectives, and procedures towards achieving zero LTIPerform housekeeping duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager or Safety advisors in accordance with Company policies & procedures;Available during off-hours for rescheduling, technical assistance, and emergency responsePerforms other duties as may be assigned by the foreman and above.Qualifications - External Education & Professional Qualification :
Technical High school Certificate and related experience training; or equivalent Combination of education and experience in hydraulic system / Diploma preferred Professional Experience :
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the related positionMust have good knowledge of equipment maintenance drawings, repair procedures.GCC experiences preferredValid Qatar driving license is advantageComputer and Language Skills :
Proficiency in computer applications for record-keeping and reporting Market / Industry / Functional Knowledge :Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of hydraulics and have the ability to Repair and replace damaged parts.Related Professional Training, Certification, or Membership Mandatory :
Must be familiar with different wide range of motor tools including hand and power Tools, prevision measuring tools and equipment Preferred :Knowledge / experience and troubleshooting of the following crane Liebherr Or DEMAG Or GROVE, Tadano.
