We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our Residences division in Doha, Qatar. As the Sales Manager Residences you will lead our team of sales professionals in promoting and selling luxury residential properties in one of the most exciting real estate markets in the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share
- Lead, motivate and mentor a high-performing team of sales professionals
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, investors and industry partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets ensuring consistent achievement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales materials and campaigns
- Oversee the entire sales process from initial client contact to successful closing
- Provide regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales with a proven track record of successDemonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales teamStrong knowledge of the Doha and Qatar real estate marketExcellent negotiation and communication skillsProficiency in CRM software and sales management toolsExperience in strategic planning and performance trackingAbility to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategiesStrong network within the luxury real estate industryFluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirableReal estate license (if required by local regulations)Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as neededRemote Work : No. Employment Type : Full-time.
