We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our new startup real estate company in Doha. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the Qatar real estate market, with existing data, client connections, and property sources to bring both inventory and sales from day one. Responsibilities include sourcing and listing new properties, generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals. The candidate should be skilled in using CRM systems, digital tools, and sales tracking platforms. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities are essential. We offer a basic salary (startup level) with a commission structure and opportunities for long-term growth within the company. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Deep knowledge of the Qatar real estate market. Existing database of clients, investors, and property listings. Ability to source and close deals independently. Proficient in using CRM systems and digital marketing tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities. Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
