Manager – Cash Management Sales Doha Bank Qatar

Overview

The incumbent will be charged with the overall responsibility of planning and leading the Cash Management service vertical of Wholesale banking function, in close coordination with the Department Head Global Transaction Banking. The role includes monitoring and managing the team to achieve profitability / P&L targets and delivering service to meet complex cash management needs of corporate clients through correspondent banking services, local and international fund transfers, WPS payment, credit management, cash collection, bill payments and other e-banking services. The jobholder will guide the team in liaison efforts with other WB Business Units and operational teams for business enhancement, customer retention, and improved service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the Cash Management service vertical within Wholesale Banking, coordinating closely with the Department Head Global Transaction Banking.
• Monitor and manage the team to achieve profitability / P&L targets and ensure effective service delivery for complex cash management needs.
• Oversee operations related to correspondent banking, local / international fund transfers, WPS payments, credit management, cash collection, bill payments, and other e-banking services.
• Liaise with other WB Business Units and operational teams to drive business enhancement, customer retention, and enhanced service delivery.
