ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain architectural BIM models at LOD 400 and LOD 500 for complex building projects

Produce detailed construction‑ready BIM outputs, including coordinated drawings, schedules, and quantity take‑offs

Ensure accurate integration of architectural models with structural, MEP, and other discipline models

Prepare and manage COBie deliverables, ensuring compliance with project and client data standards

Support clash detection processes and collaborate with project teams to resolve model conflicts

Update models based on design changes, RFIs, and field conditions

Maintain BIM documentation, workflows, and model quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Assist in implementing BIM execution plans and adhering to project‑specific BIM protocols

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and constructability

Key Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience as an architectural BIM modeler or similar role

Strong proficiency in LOD 400 and LOD 500 modeling workflows

Hands‑on experience in creating and delivering COBie datasets

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM collaboration platforms

Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building systems

Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents

Strong coordination skills and experience working in multi‑disciplinary project environments

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in project teams

Diploma or degree in architecture, architectural technology, or a related discipline
