Nursing Director-Critical care

Overview

Premium Solutions, on behalf of a leading healthcare group in Qatar, is seeking a highly qualified Director - Nursing (Critical Care). This role involves 24-hour accountability for clinical, operational, and budget responsibilities for all nursing services within the allocated functions. The Director will work as a key member of the hospital’s senior nursing management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care, optimal patient experience, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff within critical care
• Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical services
• Direct resource allocation, performance management, and staff development
• Ensure the quality and safety of patient care and adherence to organizational standards
• Oversee budgeting, financial compliance, and efficiency in service delivery
• Actively participate in research and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field, or an MBA.

10+ years of progressive responsibility in the relevant field.

Valid professional nursing license in the country of origin.

Member of a professional nursing association (preferred).
