Job descriptionUtilize correct chemicals and use various manual and power- operated cleaning equipment. Mop, scrub, and disinfect the kitchen and bathroom floors in the restaurant. Wipe and dust the furniture, windows, counters, glass panels, and fixtures. Clean out drains and dispose of garbage, as per department procedures. Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries. Comply with established safety rules and meet company sanitation standards. Other tasks as assigned.
