Safety Officer Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in
Engineering or a Science
discipline with a minimum of
8 years’ varied experience in Safety operations
within the Oil and Gas industries
preferable
LNG sector for Safety Officers Oil & Gas Operational experience : Exploration / Drilling / Production / Refinery Offshore experience : Platform, Jack-up rigs, Drillship, Semisubmersibles, Barges, Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) Training : BOIEST / FOET / HUET / Sea Survival / STCW / Sea Survival Offshore Life Saving equipment : Lifebuoys, lifejackets, Lifeboats, Life-rafts, Rescue boats
