Pastry Chef

Pastry Chef – Ar‑Ruais, UAE We are looking for a talented and creative pastry chef to join our high‑end restaurant in Ar‑Ruais, UAE. The successful candidate will create and prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts and baked goods, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and create new recipes for pastries, desserts and baked goods that align with the restaurant’s brand and menu offerings

Prepare all pastry items according to established recipes and presentation standards

Ensure that all ingredients used are fresh, of high quality, and in compliance with food‑safety standards

Oversee the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of pastries to the kitchen

Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in proper techniques, procedures and hygiene practices

Manage inventory of pastry supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels

Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items or special event menus

Requirements

Proven experience as a pastry chef or similar role in a high‑end establishment

Extensive knowledge of various baking techniques and methods for creating different types of pastries and desserts

Strong understanding of food‑safety regulations and best practices

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Excellent time‑management skills

Creative mindset with an eye for presentation

Ability to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary : 1,100 $ per month. This is a full‑time position with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate should be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
