Description

We are a well-known independent automotive group based in Qatar, looking for an experienced workshop manager to join our existing team.

The manager will be responsible for ensuring the provision of a high quality and efficient service.

As Manager you will take responsibility for matters relating to the workforce, maintaining a highly motivated team and ensuring that all employees carry out their duties in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. In addition, you will be required to maintain the efficiency of the branch in terms of labour and material costs, ensuring the best use of resources.

Be responsible for achieving targets and looking at ways to develop the workshop further.

Previous experience in a light vehicle body shop is essential.

The position is offered on a single status with the salary and benefits been negotiable dependent upon experience.

Minimum requirements for the position are as follows :

• Experience in a light vehicle body shop is essential
• Demonstrate an ability to handle the day to day running of a busy Body Shop
• Understanding vehicle insurance claims
• Well Educated and able to speak, read and write in both English and Arabic
• Computer skills (Word & Excel)
• Knowledge of accounting
• Driving Licence
• Able to transfer sponsorship
