You will support the Restaurant Manager in leading the team, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious dining experience
- Oversee service flow, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
- Coordinate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality, presentation, and timely service
- Monitor restaurant reservations, table assignments, and special guest requests
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Guest Experience & Service Quality
Lead by example in delivering personalized, anticipatory, and engaging serviceAddress guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionallyEnsure VIP guests, special occasions, and loyalty members receive exceptional attentionFoster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvementTeam Leadership & Development
Support in recruiting, training, and mentoring restaurant colleaguesMotivate and inspire the team to maintain high morale and peak performanceConduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support career developmentAssist in scheduling and staff allocation to ensure optimal coverageSales & Financial Performance
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving revenue targets and cost controlPromote upselling opportunities and implement strategies to enhance guest spendingMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for efficient stock managementAnalyze operational reports and suggest improvements for profitability and efficiencyQualifications
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a luxury dining environmentStrong knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards, and fine dining etiquetteExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poiseProficiency in restaurant management systems and Microsoft OfficeFluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
