Job description

Installing, configuring , testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.

Responsible for the technical deployment and support for CAMS Application and overall monitoring of the health of CAMS infrastructure.

Perform daily checkup to ensure zero down time for CAMS Application and also work under MOI Datacenter Consultant to perform all CAMS related activities.

Support MOI Datacenter team on other Datacenter activities, providing system status reports.

Support MOI Datacenter team for Windows Active Directory (2008 & 2012), SCCM, SQL & WSUS.

Liaise with vendors for efficient implementation of new software products or system and for resolution of any adaption issues.

Develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines

Maintain the company software programs and applications database.
