Primary Duties And Responsibilities Responsibilities

This opportunity is part of a multi-year program providing Project Management Consultancy Services for 3 years. Selected professionals will support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and quality assurance of development and humanitarian projects across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, health, education, economic development, disaster management, and climate change. Experts will be mobilized as required to provide technical depth, project delivery support, and alignment with international best practices and donor standards. Qualifications

Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related discipline. Minimum 15 years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, or governance. Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance systems. Strong knowledge of international regulatory frameworks, donor compliance, and audit processes. Field Of Experience : Risk management, compliance, financial governance, or program oversight in development and humanitarian projects. Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee risk and compliance frameworks across assigned projects. Monitor adherence to regulatory, financial, and organizational standards. Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies. Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement of compliance practices. Language

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written). Employment details
