The Senior Human Resources Officer is a senior member of the Human Resources team in Doha office. He / she plays a leading role in the recruitment and induction processes for new hires. The jobholder also leads the implementation and administration of the employee performance appraisal process for non-managerial Doha staff. He also facilitates the delivery of training courses in Doha office in coordination with corporate Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Human Resources
- Understanding of all Human Resource principles including recruitment, career development, training, personnel affairs, organization development and compensation
- Familiarity with usage of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), payroll systems and other HR ERP systems
- Good organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spoken English
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry in a top tier regional / multinational consultancy firm is an advantage
- Experience with recruitment, career development & training and / or personnel affairs
- Experience with utilizing HR technology platforms is preferred
