Job Description
Meets and exceeds sales targets : generates order income and revenue from
new and existing medium and small customers
as defined in the sales plan.
Contacts customers mainly through
outbound calls .
Estimates expected sales volume
of an inquiry or lead for correct allocation of the opportunity to a) Field Sales or b) Inside Sales.
Identifies solutions
for customer needs, if necessary with the involvement of Subject Matter Experts.
Converts assigned sales leads
generated by e.g. marketing or other channels.
Acquires
new customers .
Maintains / grows customer
loyalty
and ring-fences critical business through regular customer interaction.
Maintains positive relationships with existing customers to
up-sell
the service portfolio.
Recovers
lost customers.
Documents all activities in the relevant TR IT tools (e.g. Salesforce).
Experience & Further Qualifications
Experience : Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in Sales field out of which atleast 2-3 years in Middleeast or even candidates strong sales background without Middleeast experience is also preferred
Few years of Sales experience must be relevant to oil and gas construction or service industry
Male or Female
Preferred local candidates with driving license but not mandatory
Good knowledge in English (B1 Intermediate), fluent in area language, further language welcome but not required.
User knowledge in MS Office, Salesforce.com.
Proven track record in sales.
Consultative Sales : Pronounced technical comprehension in the field / related area.
Pronounced ability for self-motivation.
Ability to meet deadlines without supervision.
Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
Superb interpersonal skills.
Time management and prioritization skills.
Strong rhetorical skills over the phone.
Ideally first hand experience in the Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) industry or related field
