As a Kitchen & Laundry Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of kitchen and laundry equipment across the property. You will ensure all systems function reliably and efficiently, contributing to energy conservation and smooth hotel operations. Specifically, you will : Perform routine and preventive maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipmentRespond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and breakdownsExecute scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure equipment meets operational standardsSupport energy-saving initiatives and recommend system improvementsMaintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in clean and safe conditionStay current with technical training and industry best practices What are we looking for?
