Job Summary The Shisha Waiter is responsible to provide attentive service to customers in a shisha lounge or hookah bar ensuring they have an enjoyable experience while smoking shisha Shisha Waiters are responsible for setting up and maintaining shisha pipes preparing flavored tobacco mixes and assisting customers with their shisha preferences They also take orders for drinks and food deliver orders to customers and ensure tables are clean and wellmaintained Additionally Shisha Waiters may engage with customers provide recommendations on shisha flavors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Overall their role is to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure customer satisfaction in the shisha lounge Job Responsibilities 1 Set up shisha pipes for customers including assembling cleaning and preparing them with flavored tobacco mixes Take customer orders for shisha flavors drinks and food items accurately recording preferences and special requests Prepare and serve shisha pipes to customers ensuring they are properly lit and maintained throughout the smoking session Provide assistance and guidance to customers on shisha usage including proper smoking techniques and etiquette Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shisha lounge area including clearing tables disposing of ash and replenishing supplies as needed Upsell additional products or services such as specialty shisha flavors or drink specials to enhance the customer experience and increase sales Adhere to health and safety regulations including proper handling and storage of shisha tobacco and equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for customers and staff Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner providing recommendations on shisha flavors and creating a positive atmosphere in the shisha lounge
