IT Manager Job Location Qatar Job Responsibilities Oversee the daytoday operations of the IT department including managing staff resources and budgets to ensure the effective delivery of IT services and support Develop and implement IT policies procedures and standards to ensure the security reliability and integrity of IT systems and data Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their IT needs and priorities and develop IT strategies and roadmaps to support business objectives Lead IT projects and initiatives from planning and budgeting to implementation and evaluation ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers negotiating contracts and service level agreements to ensure costeffective and highquality IT services Monitor IT performance metrics and KPIs identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to optimize IT operations and service delivery Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT security data privacy and governance Provide leadership and mentorship to IT staff fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous learning Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in IT evaluating their potential impact on the organization and making recommendations for adoption Represent the IT department in meetings and discussions with senior management communicating IT strategy priorities and achievements
