A leading EPC working with global Operators on very interesting engineering projects.

Job Description Ensuring that the coordination among all disciplines interfaces within the Engineering Department is in compliance with the project requirements. Prepare monthly progress reports and closely monitor performance. Responsible for liaising directly with Project Managers for manning and de-manning of engineering (Instrumentation and Controls) staff. Select supporting software programs required to operate the design functions as applicable. Assign specific job responsibilities to personnel who will maintain full control of all documentation produced during the project's progress. Ensure activities are performed according to the planned schedule. Provide necessary support and information to the Procurement Manager for technical bid evaluations. Manage the preparation of bid proposals. Supervise the preparation of engineering deliverables during the bidding stage and handle modifications upon award of engineering contracts. Coordinate the preparation of bid submittals with Business Development. Conduct interviews as required. Possess the authority to negotiate and sign on behalf of the section within assigned responsibilities. Ensure completion of all engineering works necessary to meet contractual obligations or other commitments to the client, including final handover. Continuously review work and QA / QC procedures, modifying as necessary. Maintain and develop long-term customer relations. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time. Minimum Requirements

Engineering Degree in an Engineering Discipline Professional registration with appropriate bodies Minimum of 18 years experience Client liaison skills Excellent communication skills About The Company
