Job Description
Reporting to the Director of F&B, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLead and manage the Banquet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followedAddress guest concerns and react quickly and professionallyTrain Supervisors in the absence of a trainerBalance operational, administrative and colleague needsConduct regularly scheduled departmental meetingsWork closely with the Culinary and Stewarding team to ensure all banquet meeting requirements are in placeWork with the Conference Services & Catering department to ensure that revenues and guest satisfaction levels are maximizedManage the departmental budgetFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assignedQualifications
Previous leadership experience in food & beverage requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications requiredUniversity / College degree in a related discipline preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion :
