Corporate Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new corporate clients to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Maintain and expand business relationships with existing corporate accounts.

Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to promote rental services.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals to secure contracts.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the main point of contact for corporate customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

Build long-term relationships through continuous engagement and account management.

Sales Operations & Reporting

Supervise the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring effective lead generation and follow-ups.

Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and contract renewals for corporate accounts.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Support and guide the sales team in achieving individual and collective targets.

Coordinate with the operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and vehicle delivery.

Participate in training and performance evaluations of sales staff.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; SPEED software is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum

3–5 years of experience

in corporate sales, preferably in the

car rental or automotive industry .

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Excellent client relationship management and networking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, SPEED software is an advantage.

Valid driver’s license (preferred).

Arabic Speaker is a MUST.
