We are seeking an experienced, personable, self-motivated, and creative training manager for our prestigious spa brand in Qatar. You should have experience dealing with multiple teams across sites, coordinating, and executing comprehensive training programmes. Familiarity with creating SOPs, treatment menus, and delivering luxurious guest experiences is essential. You should aim for 5-star service and be capable of creating alignment across our branches. Experience or keen interest in motivating and developing therapists from around the globe, fostering a culture of positivity and engagement, is highly desirable. Ideally, you will be available to start as soon as possible.
