Project Admin / Document Controller
Job Description :
Manage and control project documentation, ensuring accurate records and easy retrieval.
Prepare, format, and maintain project reports, correspondence, and other documents.
Support the project team with administrative tasks, meeting arrangements, minutes, and follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with company and client document control procedures.
Liaise with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for documentation requirements.
Experience :
Minimum 5-7 years in a similar role
Preferably in Oil & Gas / Marine industry
Requirements :
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in supporting multi-disciplinary project teams.
