QC Inspector – Piping & Instrumentation

• Inspect piping and instrumentation installations, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
  

• Verify materials, welding consumables, and instrumentation components against approved specifications.
  

• Witness hydrostatic, pneumatic, and functional tests of piping systems and instruments.
  

• Maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation for audits and client submission.
  

• Ensure adherence to ISO, ASME, API, and project‑specific quality standards.
  

• Liaise with construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve quality issues.
  

• Identify NCRs, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on closure.
  

• Ensure inspections are conducted safely and in line with HSE requirements.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering.
  

• Minimum 5–8 years’ QC inspection experience in oil & gas piping and instrumentation works.
  

• Strong knowledge of ASME, API, ISO, and project QA/QC procedures.
  

Certifications (Preferred)

• CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 (Welding Inspection).
  

• API 570 (Piping Inspector).
  

• ISO 9001 Quality Management awareness.
