We are currently recruiting Assistant / Associate Professor (Lecturer/Senior Lecturer) to join the College of Business and Leadership . The successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of modules on the BA (Hons) Human Resource Management programme. You will join a motivated team and work with colleagues from a range of disciplines including organizational behavior, industrial relations, project management, and leadership. Requirements

About You

We expect you to demonstrate the following:

• A PhD in Human Resource Management or a relevant business and management subject.
  

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  

• Ambition and motivation to achieve academic research excellence.
  

• Proven ability to inspire and maximize students’ potential through trust, engagement, and leadership.
  

• Expertise in teaching techniques, pastoral care, mentoring, and assessments.
  

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, fostering a culture of trust and mutual respect.
  

• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  

• Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  

• Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and an innovative mindset.
  

• Experience and/or qualifications in teaching at the tertiary level.
  

Additional value:

• A record of high-quality academic research and peer reviewed publications.
  

• CIPD membership/qualification, or equivalent recognized professional standing
  

• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior researchers.
