Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 12+ years of experience in administrative leadership roles, including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental entity within the State of Qatar. Proven track record in strategic planning and administration development. Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must. Mid‑Senior level Full‑time Other Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing
Responsible for overseeing and aligning administrative strategies with ministerial goals, ensuring efficient governance and policy implementation in the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic administrative frameworks.
- Coordinate with the management to align administrative functions with strategic objectives.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and governmental regulations.
- Lead initiatives to improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare strategic reports and recommendations for executive review.
