Procurement Officer Job Location Qatar Key Responsibilities Collaborate with project teams to assess and interpret technical specifications for electrical products Ensure procured products meet client requirements quality standards and technical specifications Analyze technical specifications and provide recommendations for project needs Offer technical expertise to ensure product alignment with established standards Support the tender process with valuable technical insights and evaluations Key Skills and Competencies Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 56 years of procurement experience including 34 years in the GCC region Strong understanding of technical specifications for electrical products Familiar with tender processes and technical evaluations Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
