Job descriptionProficient in AutoCAD. Excellent knowledge of interior drawing and architectural detailing. Good understanding of materials and finishes. Basic MEP drawing knowledge required; advanced knowledge is a plus. Ability to prepare detailed BOQs and take site measurements. Good sketching ability. Knowledge of 3D MAX, VRAY, and Photoshop is a plus. Create detailed plans, interior elevations, sections, and exterior elevations. Produce detailed drawings of furniture and unique construction details. Prepare shop drawings. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of AutoCAD. Follow line weights, create standardized templates, read and correct drawings, and review packages. Prepare detailed BOQs for finishes, materials, and furniture in coordination with the project design team. Measure, prepare site surveys, and create as-built drawings of existing spaces. Communicate clearly with designers, understand instructions, and create the required detailed drawings. Utilize AutoCAD effectively. Basic MEP knowledge required
Education and Experience
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 2-year Professional Certificate in Interior Design or Architecture
- Experience : Minimum of 8 years of expertise in interior design, fit-out detailing, and shop drawing. Experience in the Gulf region is preferred.
