Role Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Present and sell a range of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and managed services.
• Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored IT solutions to meet those needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and support for sold solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the company’s IT offerings.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
