Job Description

The Senior Public Sector Financial Consultant provides strategic financial leadership and advisory services to the ministry, ensuring alignment with the public sector financial regulations. This role involves guiding financial reforms, enhancing budgetary efficiency, and supporting sustainable public finance management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advise on public financial management frameworks and reforms.
• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies for ministry programs.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s governmental financial regulations.
• Conduct financial impact assessments and risk analyses for ministry initiatives.
• Support capacity building and knowledge transfer within the ministry’s finance team.
• Collaborate with ministry stakeholders to align financial strategies with Qatar’s Vision 2030.
