Job description

Business & Requirements Analysis

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives processes and pain points.
  • Gather analyze and document business functional and non-functional requirements

Solution & Delivery Support

  • Collaborate with IT vendors and project teams to support solution design and delivery.
  • Support system enhancements integrations and new implementations

Documentation & Communication

  • Prepare business requirement documents (BRD) functional specifications and process flows.
  • Maintain traceability between requirements design and delivered solutions

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure solutions align with IT standards security and governance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
