Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts , ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in enterprise organizations.
  • Prepare and present proposals, solutions, and value-based sales pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, presales, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of solutions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT space.
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, documentation, and CRM usage.

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in IT Sales , with a focus on enterprise-level clients.
  • Based in Qatar , with a strong network and understanding of the local market.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or a related technical field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, digital transformation, and enterprise IT services.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
