Business Analyst – Cards & Payments (Payment Gateway)

We are currently looking for Business Analyst Cards & Payments (Payment Gateway) for our Qatar operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

* Strong understanding of Cards lifecycle (debit/credit/prepaid) Merchant Acquiring and 3D Secure flows.

* Hands-on expertise with Base24 Prime 4 MPGS payment gateway APIs and settlement engines.

* Knowledge of SQL PL/SQL for data validation analysis and reconciliation reports.

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks with tools like JIRA and Confluence.

* Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.

* Familiarity with ISO 8583 message formats and card scheme mandates.

* Understanding of dispute resolution systems (Visa Resolve Online Mastercard DDRS).
