Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Company Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our management team The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate company records including meeting minutes resolutions and corporate documents Manage scheduling correspondence and communication for the executive team Coordinate and organize company meetings including board meetings and staff meetings Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements including filing necessary documents and reports Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and other documents as required Maintain and update company policies and procedures Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field Proficiency in English is required Arabic language skills are a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company Professional development and career growth opportunities A supportive and collaborative work environment
