Job Description We are looking for a dynamic Hotel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals to increase revenue for the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the corporate and leisure markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong customer service orientation.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Willingness to travel as needed.Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.Skills
