A global hotel, developer and operator is looking to hire an FP&A manager to lead corporate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for operations across a diverse hotel portfolio.
Main duties include :
- Support with the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of the corporate budget, forecasts, and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives across all hotel properties
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning, cost optimization, capital expenditure, and investment analysis for hospitality operations
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key financial and operational KPIs
- Prepare executive dashboards and board-level presentations
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes
- Champion the integration of AI and Power BI into FP&A activities
- Collaborate with hotel FD’s, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure financial strategies support operational excellence and business growth
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Identify and implement best practices in hospitality finance
You will be ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with an FP&A background. Experince within hospitality / property would be an advantage.

Managing 1 direct report, you will deliver actionable insights, drive financial performance, and champion the adoption of advanced analytics and digital tools to enhance FP&A effectiveness
