Senior Piping Welding Inspector Offshore 2828 Rotational

Responsibilities

• Experience in site inspection of piping and structural fabrication for offshore structures.
• Installation risers piping installation with hook‑up for new jackets with temporary decks for wellhead platforms.
• Stages and extent of inspection during rigid (CRA) piping and exotic lines while conducting inspection required for the project and adequately describes.
• Inspection required for each component reference procedures specifications codes and standards responsible personnel specific to the project requirements.
• Pre‑inspection meeting shall be conducted prior to start of offshore campaign and hook‑up team.
• Receive materials check type size / dimension condition & quantity. (Welding consumables, coating material, NDT consumables etc.) at offshore.
• Material verification visual inspection and document review. For materials directly delivered to offshore from vendor or for items which punch list open & close during line walk.
• Witness the bolt torque & hydro test as per approved ITP.
• Clearance for NDT before field strength test Test pack review.
