Executive Director Opportunity Business Development & Corporate Client Excellence in Qatar's Government Sector
Our esteemed government partner in Qatar is seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director Business Development & Corporate Customer Services to lead strategic growth and elevate corporate client engagement across key public services. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the national customer service strategy, driving innovation, and fostering strategic partnerships that align with the institution's mission to deliver excellence to corporate stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business development, customer-centric service design, and stakeholder engagement within complex, high-impact environments. Reporting directly to top-tier leadership, you will play a central role in transforming how government services are delivered to the corporate sectormaking lasting contributions to Qatar's economic development and public service excellence.
Key Duties
1. Ensures compliance in support services with JCI and healthcare regulations and policies governing hospitals, monitors operations and initiates changes as and when required contributing to the achievement of the strategic goals.
2. Lead and direct the hospital support services and provide administrative guidance to the clinical departments toward high quality of care and service.
3. Establish departmental strategic plans, examine, assess, and utilize all performance metrics on hospital activities and trends to design and implement corrective action to enhance service and performance levels and drive growth.
4. Provide strategic leadership, guidance, decision making support to develop business cases for new opportunities. Facilitate strategic plan development using a data driven approach in partnership with key medical group and care site stakeholders.
5. Review department's Key Performance Indicators and assess performance periodically to implement corrective actions when performance does not meet expectations.
6. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including on-going refinement and alignment of best practices, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations etc.
