Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Marine Operations Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. This full‑time on‑site role is responsible for overseeing daily marine operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing vessel usage. The role includes coordinating logistics, supervising crews, monitoring vessel performance, and ensuring projects are executed in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold operational standards and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of marine operations, vessel management, and offshore logistics

Experience in supervision, team leadership, and operational coordination

Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management in the marine and offshore sectors

Excellent planning, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Proficiency in using marine operation software and technology for monitoring and reporting

Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Operations, or a related field

Understanding of the offshore oil and gas industry and offshore construction processes is advantageous

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project requirements

Relevant certifications in health, safety, and environmental management are a plus
