Personal Trainer (English speaking)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans and providing one-on-one training sessions to clients from various backgrounds, including Pakistanis and Malayalees who prefer an English-speaking trainer.

Key Responsibilities : - Conduct initial fitness assessments to determine clients' fitness levels and create personalized workout plans based on their goals and abilities - Provide one-on-one training sessions that incorporate a variety of exercises, including strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises - Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey, providing guidance and feedback to help them reach their goals - Educate clients on proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize results - Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans as needed - Maintain a clean and organized training area - Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research in order to provide the best possible service to our clients

Requirements : - Certification or degree in personal training or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal trainer, preferably working with diverse clientele - Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Urdu or Malayalam is a plus - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients from different backgrounds - Passion for health and fitness with knowledge of nutrition principles - Ability to develop personalized workout plans based on clients' needs and goals
