Job Description

Telecommunications Engineer for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions : Minimum Experience :

• The last recent 7 to 10 years in same field.
• Oil and Gas experience
• OEM Certification in related filed
• Hands on experience of implementing, administering and configuration Avaya Communication Server 1000 series include Voice Messaging (Call Pilot, Meridian Mail) and Billing or Call Accounting Software
• Hands-on experience in system check and test of RF equipment (TETRA, WiFi Access Point, Microwave LOS Radio)
• In depth telecommunication knowledge such as Trunks - E1 / T1, Media Gateways, SBC, CDR, GSM, UHF Radio Transmissions, TETRA, LAN, IP networking fundamentals, WAN technologies and telecom protocols like H.323, SIP, TCP / IP, FTP / HTTP / ISDN PRIE1 / T1, BRI
• In depth telephony services knowledge such as Dial Plan, Call flow, Cascade, Voice Mail, ACD, IVR, Teleconference, CDR
• Familiarity with End-user communication devices such as Avaya Phones series (IP / Digital / Analog), Mobile Handsets, Tablets, Smart Phones, Soft Phones, Motorola / Sepura Radio unit etc. Minimum Qualifications :
• B.Cs. in Telecommunication / Electric / computer engineering or National Diploma and relevant experience
• Avaya certification is a plus
• CCNA certification is a plus
