Overview

Crane Operator – A reputable construction company in Al-Khor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate heavy machinery to lift and move materials on construction sites. A minimum of 2 years of crane operation experience and a valid crane operator's license is required.

Responsibilities

Operate various types of cranes including tower cranes, crawler cranes, and mobile cranes
Inspect equipment before use and report any issues or malfunctions
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Communicate effectively with ground crew and other operators
Lift and move materials according to project plans and specifications
Maintain accurate records of daily activities and inspections
Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a crane operator in a construction setting

Valid crane operator's license / certification

Ability to understand project plans, specifications, and safety protocols

Physically fit with strong hand-eye coordination

Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)

Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure

Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends or night shifts if necessary
