Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners.
- Negotiate and structure strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, and collaborations.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Additional Responsibilities & Requirements (Pharmaceutical & B2B Marketing)
Search for and select appropriate brands / manufacturers suitable for the local market and offer strong business opportunities.Collaborate with international brands / manufacturers and secure exclusive distribution rights for the company in the local market.Evaluate product portfolios, pricing structures, and brand positioning to ensure alignment with local market needs and competitive advantage.Prepare detailed business proposals and reports to support decision-making and present potential opportunities to the management team.Leverage B2B marketing strategy, including lead generation, account‑based marketing, and targeted content creation.Apply premium / luxury branding, brand storytelling, and high‑end positioning strategy.Utilize digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEO, email marketing platforms, Instagram, and Snapchat.Organize and execute high‑end events, trade shows, exhibitions, and client‑facing activations.Qualifications
