Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent. NEBOSH Diploma Level 6 or equivalent advanced safety qualification. NEBOSH IGC / NGC (Required) IOSH Managing Safely / IOSH Working Safely / OSHA (Preferable) Certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (Required) Minimum 10 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety roles. Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position within HSE / OHS domain.
Job Description
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain OHS policies, procedures, and programs aligned with ISO 45001 standards.
- Lead workplace safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate and deliver safety training programs and awareness sessions to staff and contractors.
