Senior Commissioning Engineer – Offshore Projects

We are representing a leading international energy operator, renowned for delivering complex offshore oil & gas projects across greenfield and brownfield developments. Due to continued project expansion, we are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Commissioning Engineer to join their offshore projects team.

A well-rounded background is essential — you will have solid commissioning experience, and ideally, exposure to decommissioning processes to support the full asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee commissioning activities across offshore projects, acting as the main interface between internal teams, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved scopes, engineering designs, HSE standards, and quality specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to commissioning teams and contractors to drive project completion on schedule.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and technical challenges, proposing effective solutions.
• Represent the company at contractor offices, fabrication yards, offshore installations, and hook-up locations to monitor progress and quality.
• Support decommissioning phases as projects reach end-of-life, ensuring safe and compliant execution.
