Role Objective

The incumbent will work closely with the respective stakeholders in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital products.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for iterative design improvements.
• Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.
• Design and maintain a consistent visual language, including style guides, iconography, and typography, to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI / UX design.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion the importance of user experience.
