Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation and support for Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL).
• Conduct requirement workshops and design OTL configurations aligned with business needs.
• Configure Time Entry Profiles, Time Categories, Time Rules, and Fast Formulas.
• Integrate OTL with Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Projects modules.
• Prepare design and configuration documents, perform testing, and manage UAT.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide functional guidance throughout the project.
